RE: Spooky Adventure Games - sjmpoo - 09-27-2025 Deep sleep: Labyrinth of the Forsaken RE: Spooky Adventure Games - Laukku - 09-27-2025 Forestia. RE: Spooky Adventure Games - LadyKestrel - 09-27-2025 I found both Goetia and Tormentum: Dark Sorrows very creepy. RE: Spooky Adventure Games - srnickolas - 09-27-2025 If you like Visual novels one of my favorite spooky ones is Famicom Tantei Club Part II: Ushiro ni Tatsu Shôjo, its a detective story with supernatural vibes, i replay it every couple of years. If you can, play the fun translated version for the SNES, but there is also a modern remake for the switch. Some freeware horroresque adventure games i always adored are "5 days a stranger" , "urban witch story" and "Enclosure". Celtic horror games are also super spooky, my favorites are the original Darkfall and Barrow Hill. A niche category probably unfamiliar to most here are Rpgmaker horror games, you could try Ib and The Witch's House. Lastly if you are fond of Pixel horror try The Last door games RE: Spooky Adventure Games - ClusterLizard - 09-27-2025 I'm not sure if it would count as 'spooky' since it's more full on horror, but I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream is a personal favourite of mine. The short story that it's based on is worth reading too. RE: Spooky Adventure Games - Wild Boar - 09-27-2025 The Lost Crown Dark Fall Games RE: Spooky Adventure Games - J. That's a great game and made by Cyberdreams which also did Dark Seed which is another great horror game with some of the best graphics for a horror game of the 90's. RE: Spooky Adventure Games - Space Quest Historian - 09-28-2025 I'm gonna throw in one for The Drifter. Played it recently. Great atmosphere, very tense and rarely lets up. RE: Spooky Adventure Games - Octavi Navarro - 09-28-2025 Anything by Harvester Games is always a good bet. I loved Burnhouse Lane.
