RE: Adventure game scene game (continued) - BobVP - 11-10-2025 I'd already uploaded a second screenshot, just in case.. but Jabod was quick on the draw and hit the bullseye! RE: Adventure game scene game (continued) - Jabod - 11-10-2025 (11-10-2025, 01:31 PM)BobVP Wrote: I'd already uploaded a second screenshot, just in case.. but Jabod was quick on the draw and hit the bullseye! I wasn't 100% certain Bob as it's quite a while since I played the game (backed it on Kickstarter). I remember the car that took a long while before you had a way to get into it but I wasn't sure about the colour. For anyone that likes first person investigative games and hasn't played this one then I do recommend it. VERY long. fairly difficult but totally logical, a lot of keeping track of what's what (I ended up buying a whiteboard to keep copious notes on and I wound up wiping it clean at least 3 times) and totally engrossing. Back in the day it needed a powerful PC to run it smoothly otherwise screen load times could be lengthy and people did complain about this. Fortunately I owned a more than capable PC. Two other possible problems for people are: 1: There's no fast travel and you have a lot of walking around the town and buildings to do. Creating a map or getting hold of one is fairly essential and I mean a physical, paper, map to keep by your keyboard. 2: A bit of pixel hunting is needed to progress on a couple of occasions. I remember getting stuck for some time because I kept missing a key that I needed. But if you want a game to genuinely exercise your brain then this qualifies - and then some ![]() New screen some time tomorrow as I'm rather busy today. RE: Adventure game scene game (continued) - Jabod - 11-10-2025 Actually found a bit of time so here's the next. It's from a game I own but, as yet, have never started so no idea if this is easy, average, difficult or downright impossible :
RE: Adventure game scene game (continued) - Jabod - 11-11-2025 Let's try something a little more distinctive: RE: Adventure game scene game (continued) - srnickolas - 11-11-2025 Verne: The Shape of Fantasy ? Easy one: RE: Adventure game scene game (continued) - srnickolas - 11-12-2025 some extra help, it's an AGS game RE: Adventure game scene game (continued) - Legerdemancy - 11-12-2025 The Adventures of Fatman.
