Jabod, I'm aware that you've already posted four screenshots. However, may I please request an additional screenshot? This game could literally be any 3D game from the years of 1996 to 2004 based on the graphical capabilities.

While I obviously don't know all games released during your time period Legerdemancy this is the only one that I'm aware of that has that colour palette. However, that observation is a bit pointless as the game you're looking for was released after that time period

Not a Sherlock game of any variety Joe. This is not a detective game - in the general sense that is as, being an adventure game, there is always detective type work involved

It's the 2011 game Haunted Jabod. I don't recognise the screenshots but I just caught sight of the more familiar girl in the second pic you posted.
