Thanks for posting this, Bob! I wasn't home this week, so I couldn't post the next level.
I'm stuck on this level too, so let's figure it out together.
What we have here is probably an Atbash cipher or mirror encryption. You take a letter and replace it with the one from the opposite side of the alphabet:
a -> z
b -> y

The name in the URL, "zoo mznvh", can be decoded as "all names".
In the source code, there is:
# = ellwll/hrnkov/proo/.
After decoding, it reads: voodoo/simple/kill/. They are the logins from the previous levels, so I think 5# means the fifth letter of the login.
So it would be 5# -> simpLe, 3# -> kiLl, 2# -> iNverted, 1# -> Dark.
After decoding it:
L -> O
L -> O
N -> M
D -> W
But I don't know what the letters without "'#"' refer to. I tried the same thing with a login instead of a password, but unless I'm making a basic mistake, I just get gibberish.

We are in a kind of anti-phase: the previous puzzle took me some time to solve but this one was a breeze, whereas it is the other way around for you two.
Joe practically solved it except:
- login/password for level 11 are not 'dark/times';
- what the letters without '#' refer to is much simpler than you think.

Would be cool if the musical notes were a Big Bad Voodoo Daddy jam, but I'm glad we're back to making sense.
I think you mistakingly used the login for leven 10 on the 11th image. The letters you get from screen 12 to 15 don't make sense using the login and the cypher.. (this is where I figured it out!)

Another case of overthinking.After checking my notes, where I wrote down every url, login and password, I found a string of letters that suspiciously looked like a word
Aslo, I was somehow fixated on the idea that the first word should be 'room'.
