Ah, got it. It's Ween: The Prophecy.

I played the demo when I was only a wee Bairn Blubba. Been meaning to try the full game for a while now.

The last level has fire or lava I think and I had to use a walkthrough too, to input a code to open something (not with numbers, but slider stones). To this day I never understood how you could figure out the code on your one. Its the only puzzle in the game I didn't understand

Nope! Although those guys might be able to start a band called Inca 3.

Some adventure game Crusaders might Arkue that this game belongs in a museum, but its Destiny is probably to be Doomed to be forgotten entirely except for these posts and the website I cribbed the screenshots from.

Ark - indy 1

Joe basically solved the puzzle, he just haven't connected all the dots.

The game must be The Crystal Skull: A Mythic Aztec Adventure.
