As we can see after solving the puzzle in this scene, love can actually make you fly (with a little help from an occasional magician).

Time for us to go to the ell of the magician's house and try to reacquire what he has taken from us.

I call bullshit on this screen
It's the first time I've got stuck for a long time. And it's all because the established rules were thrown out of the window in this one.

You might say it's my own fault, but I'd call that screen a cheap shot.

Yes, me too. I wonder if BobVP did better on this one.

I guess game developer decided that by this point the player would become too comfortable with the rules and it would be a good time to modify them a little (but not change them completely).

On the other hand, we got yet another reminder why 1986's The Fly is such a scary movie.

So it was all Niak's doing! He was the one who bewitched the king. What are we to do now?

Luckily, the creature we released from the cage told us that "only SHADWIN the Wise can help us".

Now we have to find this Shadwin the Wise, but first we must escape Niak the Insidious.

Once again, it's a hard screen. We have pixel hunting and timed puzzles.

There is also a quite creative and challenging carrot puzzle. Which I definitely figured out on my own, not just stumbled upon by pure coincidence while walking aimlessly. Yep, I'm that good.

But I got stuck for a while on the last part where you don't really know what the end goal is. And I think this is true for at least some of the screens.

In this particular case, I think the screen should end after the carrot puzzle.

Even though what Joe said about this scene is true, this puzzle was much easier to solve than the previous one.

I still refuse to recognize the animal crawling out of the hole in the ground as a hare, it's obviously a rat.

Nevertheless, it's good to know that the oldest of all spells for distraction of evil wizards from their cauldrons still works.

Big Grin The two of you crack me up!

I think we've all managed to get past the gate. It took me a while to realize which of our heroes needed to move to the right side of the screen.

That's a cool dolmen. Also known as a HUNEBED.
..this took me about five minutes - the puzzles were underwhelming.

The next screen looks more promising.
