I'm voting for Space Quest IV. The colours jump out more starkly and the overall image is funny.
Quest for Glory III is quite nice too, but I reckon the swirling vortex could have benefited from having more detail.

I'm going for SQ4 with this one! The art is pretty nice, and the toilet plunger to the face is funny!
The QfG3 art isn't outright bad, but it's quite generic and the swirly background feels a bit cheap.

Yeah, I’ll go with SQ4 – plunger to the face is reason enough, and the art in general is cool. But I was never a big fan of the rather anonymous «Space Quest IV» font on top, and then «ROGER WILCO» in much bigger cartoon letters underneath. I get the comic book magazine cover inspiration, but it’s like they suddenly couldn't decide whether to call the series Space Quest or Roger Wilco.
