I'm looking forward to seeing where these very talented devs land. Who knows, maybe they come together and create a studio where they go back to their roots?
The first "Runaway" is one of the last adventure games I bought a physical copy of in an actual store. It was the end of the dvd cases. Didn't even know there were sequels until I discovered game downloads years later. Still have to play those.
I did enjoy the two "Yesterday" games.
"Blacksad" never appealed to me, I'm not that into animal characters. And neither did "The Next Big Thing" strike a chord with me for some reason.
I do want to play "Vertigo" but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I think Blacksad and Tintin were supposed to appeal to fans of the comic books, and that the QTE based gameplay would have broader appeal than classic adventure games. Interesting that they tried to hit a niche within a niche, but it didn't leave them with a lot of leeway. The writing was kind of on the wall with the disastrous launch of Tintin.
