Inspired by @Karlok's comment in the Moon Logic thread about Secret Files: Tunguska, those games that are kind of terrible and stupid but for whatever reason, you can't stop playing them.
I'll go ahead and say Black Mirror 2 and 3. I didn't particularly like either and they felt kind of terribly designed with a confusing story, but for whatever reason I kind of enjoyed them for being terrible.

The most terrible game I ever played and loved was called, if I remember, The Fifth Element (unrelated to the movie). It was an indie eastern European adventure/RPG hybrid that really had nothing to recommend it besides accidental comedy. But I do not consider it a guilty pleasure because there is no guilt. I am for the most part utterly shameless about the stupid sh*t I play, or read… or do.
