Tier 135 is where a Centipede Spiritborn has to prove more than its sheet damage. You may see poison hits worth billions, sometimes trillions, and still watch an elite pack survive far too long. The Artificer's Pit punishes gaps in pressure, poor positioning, and weak recovery. A sensible stash of D4 items can help with preparation, but it will not replace clean play or a well-tuned setup.

Why Huge Numbers Stop Being Enough

The Centipede Spirit Hall works best when enemies remain inside the poison cycle. Scourge spreads the effect, Touch of Death adds focused pressure, and The Devourer helps maintain both damage and healing. The problem starts when a Finger Mage interrupts the rhythm or a Guardian Construct forces you away. Once poison application slows, the build loses part of its recovery. Hellflyers and Lesser Hellshaws then become much more dangerous, especially when several elites overlap their attacks.

Problem
What You Notice
Practical Response
Slow poison uptime
Large hits, weak room clear
Raise attack speed and stay close enough to refresh effects
Interrupted healing
Life falls during crowd control
Use defensive timing and avoid standing in overlapping attacks
Weak single-target pressure
The guardian outlasts the timer
Keep debuffs active and save burst windows for safe openings
Low toughness
One mistake ends the attempt
Improve maximum life and reliable damage reduction

Small Changes That Improve Clear Speed

Players often chase another offensive affix when the real issue sits elsewhere. A little more attack speed can apply poison faster and keep healing active. More maximum life gives you room to recover after a missed dodge. Paragon glyph levels matter too, since under-levelled glyphs quietly weaken several parts of the build. Raheir is useful when incoming attacks become difficult to read, while Varyana adds pressure against dense groups. Neither companion fixes a poor rotation, though.

Keep Scourge and Touch of Death active before committing to a large pull.
Move around elite attacks instead of retreating so far that poison effects expire.
Use defensive skills before crowd control lands, not after your life has already dropped.
Enter the guardian fight with key cooldowns ready and a clear route for dodging.

Building for the Guardian Fight

The guardian encounter exposes every weakness in the setup. Area damage has less value once the room is empty, so sustained single-target output becomes the priority. Watch attack patterns, keep debuffs refreshed, and do not spend every defensive tool at once. If the timer feels tight, test one change at a time. Swapping too many affixes together makes it hard to tell what actually helped. A steady, repeatable run is worth more than one lucky attempt.

A More Reliable Path Through Tier 135

Success usually comes from balance rather than one spectacular number. Tune the Paragon board, improve glyph levels, check defensive layers, and practise movement against the enemies that cause the most trouble. Citizens of Sanctuary can offer useful build feedback when a setup looks strong on paper but performs poorly in real rooms. For players who want a convenient, professional platform for buying game currency or items in U4GM, u4gm D4 items may also help complete missing equipment choices before the next serious push.
