This is a really close race!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the wonderful BORDERS of these classic LucasArts boxes? All the way from Maniac Mansion to Sam & Max, the boxes really looked like they belonged together in a series, because of the borders and the way they continued around the sides of the boxes. They looked fantastic on a shelf together.

Favourite borders:
DOTT (weird purple shapes on a green background!)
Sam & Max (it’s a roadmap!)
Monkey Island 2 (like an ancient piece of paper that smells good!)

Ooh wish I had not waited this late, there's pressure at this point. I will vote The Secret of Monkey Island. The colors are more pleasing, but it's really two great covers.
