I wasn't 100% certain Bob as it's quite a while since I played the game (backed it on Kickstarter). I remember the car that took a long while before you had a way to get into it but I wasn't sure about the colour.
For anyone that likes first person investigative games and hasn't played this one then I do recommend it. VERY long. fairly difficult but totally logical, a lot of keeping track of what's what (I ended up buying a whiteboard to keep copious notes on and I wound up wiping it clean at least 3 times) and totally engrossing. Back in the day it needed a powerful PC to run it smoothly otherwise screen load times could be lengthy and people did complain about this. Fortunately I owned a more than capable PC. Two other possible problems for people are:
1: There's no fast travel and you have a lot of walking around the town and buildings to do. Creating a map or getting hold of one is fairly essential and I mean a physical, paper, map to keep by your keyboard.
2: A bit of pixel hunting is needed to progress on a couple of occasions. I remember getting stuck for some time because I kept missing a key that I needed.
But if you want a game to genuinely exercise your brain then this qualifies - and then some

New screen some time tomorrow as I'm rather busy today.
