Monkey Island... Colors pop nicely making out details, Sam and Max is a bit bland

The Secret of Monkey Island, yes, has the most pleasing colours.

Sam And Max for me!
I like Guybrush on the MI cover but the composition is a bit messy and the other elements a bit bland. The Hit The Road cover feels like a classic screwball comedy poster, the composition feels integrated while drawing your eye around the various sections really nicely, and it's got so many great little details in there.

 The MI cover benefits in this particular picture from being extra high res and glossy. 

Sam and Max cover always caught my attention as a fun adventure whereas MI looks just like a collage with a rather boring color palette.

For the same reasons I chose it before ... Sam & Max.

Monkey Island.

These two are both so similar in layout and style that this is the hardest choice yet for me. I’m going to go with MI because the colors are better and because of those little turd people.

This is a hard one. If I look at Sam & Max's cover I think, 'Hoo boy! This has everything! Putt-putt, freezepops, animals, dinosaurs, the circus, doughnuts, a dancing dashboard momma! How could I not choose this?"

Then I look at Monkey Island, and I realize that it has the more attractive cover in every way except the nouns, and even then it comes pretty close...especially vegan cannonballs.

Monkey Island it is.
