Secret Files: Tunguska is it! Rarely have a I played a more socially tone-deaf and sexist point and click adventure game, but at least it was a globe trotting adventure as opposed to spending a week moseying around the same little horse fart of a town, so it's got that over Freddy Pharkas.

That's the game, BB! I haven't played it.

I'm very interested to see if anyone recognizes this, and to hear how they know of the game and if they played it.
