I was too late to vote for Full Throttle! But it won anyway, so…
The 3D modelling have indeed aged a bit, but I remember how COOL it was in 1995…
Here in Norway (maybe Europe in general?) we never had the horizontal cover, so the bike was cropped quite badly to fit on a traditional vertical cover instead. I know that the horizontal cover is the «real» version. Was this gaming’s first horizontal cover overall?

I was never a fan of the big «INDY» lettering over the real Indiana Jones logo, and didn’t really get the point of that.
I vote for Sam & Max.

Voting Sam & Max.

Very cool cover. Indy Crusade is one of the weakest imo. The Police Quest 4 of LucasArts lol!

Sam & Max for me. The Indiana Jones one is anti-creative. [Insert character face(s) here.]

Honestly I don't really like any of them. I'll go with the Indy one disregarding the low effort, because the colors and the fluidity of the Sam and Max one kind of tire my eyesight and just seems all mangled together. Nothing pops out for me and it confuses my mind like spaghetti with the colors seem like they are washed out. It's too busy and dull at the same time (which is a kind of an oxymoron I know)

At first I didn't like the Sam n Max cover (never seen it before) but after a few minutes one can discern a flow to the chaotic-looking structure of the composition, and the subtle colours of the drawings allow the lettering to stand out nicely.

In contrast, the Indy cover is completely lifeless - it's like a magazine advert for stylish but affordable hats for the older gentleman.

Vote S&M.

With zero hesitation, Sam & Max. Beautiful art with the promise of an epic road trip.

While I have fond memories of The Last Crusade adventure game - that box art isn't even as good as the film's iconic poster. Kind of bland. (Did love how they had a copy of the grail diary in the box, though.)

Sam and Max all the way!

It's chaotic and hilarious and sums up the game perfectly.

The Indy one looks like a pitiful straight to video imitation of a real Indy poster. The background is just some dirt and the photo looks like it was quickly snapped on set with Harrison Ford and Sean Connery smiling politely just to get it over with. And as EirikMyhr pointed out, why does it say INDY in giant letters? It's like it was put together in less than an hour by an unpaid intern in the LucasArts offices.

Sam and Max Hit the Road gets my vote.
