Playing it and traverse through 4 paintings so far (missed the one with toilets tho)

I LOVE THIS PREMISE SO MUCHHCHHCHCCHCHH

So far, liked all the paintings. Favorite is the black and white one.

also kinda like not having voices. I read pretty fast so most voice lines feels very slow. Thus this a pretty welcome change for me.

I wish they had made a sequel or remastered the game with additional content. While at the most basic level the classic premise is that an evil wizard has kidnapped your girl and you need to rescue her, but the rest of the game is pretty unique.
The only other games I know of with similar vibes that came out in recent years are Joe Richardson's games. But those focus more on painting aesthetics than interacting with paintings.

We have thankfully been spared from hearing Angelo's pretentious snob voice, an unintended benefit of the game being freeware.

An open call to anyone:

Since we are playing this together without a walkthrough, and instead relying on hints and clues from the community, how do I make the resin malleable?

The most vague of hints

I don't want to post spoilers so how do I post them please?

Based solely on the beginning of the game, here's my completely random headcanon. Bob is actually hallucinating all of these fantasy lands after being exposed to the noxious paint fumes in the studio. He's distraught after finding out that Angelo has been secretly having an affair with his girlfriend. I figured spicing things up a bit would enhance the otherwise dull storyline.

Once we eventually get towards the end of the playthrough, it could be interesting to share ideas on how we would improve the game.

It does seem that there isn't a spoiler tag facility here just yet? So hopefully I haven't included any spoilers:

I hadn’t heard of this game before but dabbled a little before voting for it & it seemed an interesting concept. So far, I’m not disappointed!

I was amused by the fact that the painter identified with the artist despite each involved in completely different disciplines with one relying on talent & the other skill! Judging the art of the artist I think he should change professions!

I’ve been into 6 paintings so far each representing a different art styles.

The first one obviously a rip-off of The Last Supper was for me the most uninteresting scene - just very bland & empty.
The scene with the octopus was for me the second worse as the only Van Gogh bit of it was the sky & I completely agree with the octopus’s opinion of it!
The black & white Scratchboard Art was my favourite - I genuinely like it & it would fit with my décor but without the presence of the painter - sorry painter!
The pop art toilet scene, although very garish, I thought was appropriate for ad/promotion & I would rate that 2nd (with a big gap) after the B & W pic.
For me the music wasn’t memorable which probably means that it suited each scene.
The intro music for the game was familiar though & I can’t remember from where I’ve heard similar music before?

Obviously to progress you need to navigate through the ‘Mondrian’ painting which took me a while to work out & there’s  a lot to do there.
The other painting I found was through the B & W after finding a way to get across the road
So now I’m stuck! Like Legerdemancy I need to find some water to make the resin more malleable
Also, a way to repair the net
Also to get to the keyhole in the Mondrian painting.

Unfortunately, there is still no spoiler tag option. A thread was created around a month ago in the "Suggestions" subforum, but nothing has been done with it.
Perhaps a little nagging would encourage the admins to make it happen  Big Grin

It took a couple of visits before I figured out how to navigate the lines and rectangles. I ended up doing art crimes. I liked the weird logic and little animations, this was the most whimsical board so far.

I thought I had a solution for the big fish problem, but my little scheme didn't work. But I know I have the solution to another problem. Let's try it right now.

I'm at the same point as you. I feel quite proud of myself that I've managed to get this far without looking up any hints! The game is surprising me, I initially thought it didn't look that interesting but the different paintings with their various styles are turning out to be quite clever.

I don't like any of the music, though.
