I just finished this wonderfully spooky game.

Correct! This was a really cool game, so atmospheric. It would make a nice addition to your freeware thread.  Reminded me of old Italian horror films that technically had a lot to be desired but became legendary because they of the spooky atmosphere they created. I forgot the name of the series I'm thinking of...it had these ghostly monks in tattered Ring-Wraith like robes riding horses on a beach near some ruins. If that doesn't sound like a romantic time, then my wife is in for a disappointing Valentine's Day.
