Full Throttle is badass, while Maniac Mansion is a little too Scooby Doo-esque. So Full Throttle for me because I too am badass and I identify.

Definitely not into that Full Throttle cover, so Maniac Mansion gets my vote.

The Full Throttle box art isn't bad, but I'm going to go with Maniac Mansion for this one. It doesn't really appeal that much to me, but the quality of it is quite good, and it uses several composition rules quite effectively.

While I prefer the gameplay of Maniac Mansion, with the fun idea of having different characters with different skills like in a roleplaying game ... for me, Full Throttle works better as a cover because of the dramatic dynamic composition and colors. The Maniac Mansion cover looks to boring to me with it's separated layers and row of characters.

So, Full Throttle it is.
