I'm voting for The Dagger of Amon Ra.
Both boxes have excellent detail in my opinion. I like the red sky gradients in Man Hunter. However, Laura Bow is the better of the two images because of the quality lighting and highlights. The warm enticing glow of an Egyptian aesthetic is more pleasing to my eyes, rather than the gritty urban scene with a crumbling wall.

Voting for Manhunter. I like how dark it is, which does match the mood of the game.
As for Amon Ra, I do like the hands reaching over with the rope (I honestly never noticed it before), but the cover feels too whimsical given the game's nature. Also, it mentions TWO times it's a Laura Bow game, which I feel is excessive.

Dagger is more polished and coherent, you want to say: "Laura, watch out!" or "Rookie mistake, letting your guard down in a Sierra game. I can do better."
MANHUNTER looks like it might actually flip out and kill you.
Tough choice. I'm going with The Dagger of Amon Ra.

Man Hunter: NY
Both quite lovely covers, but Manhunter: NY wins easily. That is a fantastic movie-poster-level cover.
I vote for The Dagger of Amon Ra. King Tut's mask, Laura's curls and pearls, and the art deco lines along the side place the game firmly in the 1920s. It's also obviously a mystery with danger attached.
The Manhunter red and black is very sinister with those compelling eyes, but why did they put that small line of blue text at the top?

Life: Adventures guaranteed. Instructions not included.
This one was very tough! But I'm going with The Dagger of Amon Ra. The lighting and folds on Laura are fantastic!
Also, I have to mention that neither of these two have managed to do the facial symmetry well, which really bugs me! But I do find it less noticeable in the Amon Ra art.
